Facing south, in the heart of the beautiful Champsaur valley panorama within the Écrins National Park, the house comfortably welcomes 2, 4, 6 or 12 guests. Nearby, you will find many activities: hiking, discovery trails, wildlife and flora, fishing, cycling routes, mountain biking, adventure park, white-water sports, golf, swimming lake, tennis, cross-country skiing, ski touring, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, and a natural ice rink. Within 15 km, four family-friendly ski resorts are accessible: Ancelle, Chaillol, Laye, and Saint-Léger les Mélèzes. On the ground floor, the house offers an entrance, dining room (Wi-Fi, TV, radio, wood stove, electric heating, sofa), fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, raclette machine), WC, bathroom, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and one bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Upstairs: two bedrooms (each with a 140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds), a WC and a shower room. Baby equipment is available on request. Bed linen and towels are available on request for an extra charge.

You’ll have a bedroom with a comfortable 160 cm bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, relaxing sofa, washing machine, step-free access, and an interior without stairs. Relax in your private garden or on the terraces, both covered and open, each with stunning views of the Luberon mountains. The outdoor pool is shared with the owners, fenced, accessible by wide steps, and measures 10 x 5 m. Sun loungers are provided, and the pool has no fixed opening hours. A stone barbecue is on the cottage terrace for outdoor dining. There’s parking with an electric gate and a bike storage room. Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior owner approval.
